Caramelised Onions, Mushrooms and Rosemary Pizza

This is one of our favourite pizzas and its one we really enjoy. It tastes great both hot and cold. We tend to serve this pizza with chips but we have also had it with garlic bread, salad or potato salad. It’s really up to you and what you fancy.

Caramelised Onions, Mushrooms and Rosemary Pizza

Serves 4 (based on a quarter per person)  Prep 10 minutes  Cook 20 minutes

*These timings are based on putting the pizza together (e.g base, sauce and topping).



1.) Fry up the mushrooms in the vitalite and crushed garlic for 5 minutes or until done.

2.) Roll out the pizza dough to 10″ and put on a tray or pizza tray.

3.) Spread out the special tomato sauce onto the base until it’s even and almost touching the sides.

4.) Carefully put the caramelised onions onto the pizza, spreading it out as much as possible to give an even covering.

5.) Sprinkle the Rosemary over as evenly as possible and then add the mushrooms.

6.) Put the pizza in a preheated 200°c oven and cook for about 20 minutes or until done.

7.) It’s now ready to serve and eat, enjoy.
